Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection, Joan Burton, T.D. today (Monday, 28th September 2015) encouraged jobseekers to attend the Intreo Careers Fair to meet with the many employers who are looking to fill opportunities across a wide range of jobs. This free-to-attend event takes place in the Printworks, Dublin Castle tomorrow from 10.00am to 4.00pm. The Intreo Careers Fair is an employer-led event that highlights vacancies and facilitates jobseekers in attaining expert career advice. Visitors to the event will be able to see for themselves the opportunities available from the 50 organisations and companies’ attending including jobs, educational courses, advice on careers and personal development. There is something for everyone at the Intreo Careers Fair. The seminars running throughout the day cover topics ranging from ‘Job Search Techniques (Social Media)’ and ‘Improve Your Job Seeking Skills’ to ‘Careers in Transport and the Recruitment Process’ and ‘Starting up a Business’ The Intreo Careers Fair is one of over 160 events taking place during the Department’s annual National Jobs Week, which takes place across the country from 28th September to 2nd October.
