The Historic Famine Ship was “Greened” to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and herald the arrival of Tall Ships Dublin 2012
Dublin City will be the host port for the final leg of the Tall Ships 2012 this coming August, to herald their arrival and celebrate our national holiday the historic “Jeanie Johnson” has been GREENED for St. Patrick’s Day until the 20th March, this spectacular array of green lights can be viewed for miles around Dublin city centre.Tall Ships Dublin 2012 takes place from 23rd – 26th August with over 100 Tall Ships, 3,000 crews and 1 Million spectators expected to enjoy this amazing event in Dublin, for more information log on to www.tallshipsdublin.ie
